He didn't mention if he received any PER. I think first he got rejected by Sydney and then reviewed by London as he is saying he received reviewed results. Am I right tvm?

Thanks

Thanks for all for the support. My application did not go out to the visa office at all.
it was rejected by central intake office sydney itself

tvm, go check out this website for IELTS preparation.

http://www.ielts-blog.com/

I used spent some time and found it certainly helps!!! But you must re-evaluate which of the 4 skills you need to focus and improve. They are not looking for "queen's english"!

Best wishes!

They won't return your application pack but you would get your fee refund between 8-12 weeks time.

OK, do not wait for application pack to be returned. It may take a long long time. So submit a fresh application. Go for it!!!

I don't know which country are you from, but here in India if you give IELTS from IDP you can get an advantage of about 0.5 - 1.0 Bands, do if there is any other agency conducting IELTS other than British council try with them you may actually score a little more and qualify for that additional 1 point or more if you improve more in more than one segment of test.

I give this advice from my experience as I have give IELTS 3 times in last 9 years.

Be VERY sure you are getting your test with an AUTHENTIC and AUTHORIZED testing company. I personally know of a person who thought he were dealing with a British Council office and it turned out to be a fraud. Paid the usual fees, sat the test and all seemed normal (he had never written one before). When the date came to get results the office space was vacant. Caused a further delay of a couple of months to get another test/results back, plus the added expense. It was a very costly "trial run" all round!

I'm SORRY but I do not understand how "an agency" conducting IELTS exams gives you extra points? This sounds like something illegal.

Dear,
I would like to give you suggestion that try to learn French .After, basic french language course u will
obtain 2 mark. THANKS

IDP Australia is recognised, very well reputed and equally good as British council. IELTS can be taken either by Bristish Council or IDP Australia. From my past experience I have heard many times from people that IDP Australia people are more cooperative and little bit lenient in marking (Writing and speaking tasks). I would recommend you to go for IDP Australia. In Pakistan check their website

Thanks
