Case rejected because of NOC 0213

Dears,

My case is rejected as per their email, my job description is not aligned with the NOC 0213.

My question is, if I need to re-apply on different NOC, how can I do that, where to start from.

My file is still with them. How can I get back my file ?

Which file you are talking about that its with them ? Forms they will not return original submitted documents will be returned back to you.
If you want to re apply you have to check under which category want to as NOC 0213 no more valid. Now it depends from which field of IT you belongs. Check below link for Available list of profession under FSW 2013

Since I myself is a computer engineer working as a system consultant in Microsoft products. is there a list from where I can see more details about 2147 ?

I need to get my file as it is, since I don't want to go thru filling each form and gathering all details again..this is bad !
I have not received anything, who should I contact any idea ?

When you get your case rejected and when you received the rejection letter there will be only chance for 30 days appeal for same case but chances are quite minor. Other wise have a look at provincial nominee program if you can develop some french skills.

at new application so many pre requisites are there which is quite tough to fulfill before the cap limit reached yes they will not accept 301 application as coolguy said it will returned

I agree with coolguy2010. No point in applying under 2147 for FSW 2013. I'm sure the cap has already been reached.

I also agree. I hate to disuade people from trying, but to apply now (especially since CIC have your documents) you would have to regather all your supporting documentation, get new references, get your credentials assessed by an organisation such as WES etc. it would be weeks before you could even send an application.

I would estimate looking at the spreadsheet of applications for this forum that CIC has now received over 1000 applications for NOC 2147. And the cap is 300. Which means over half the applications for this NOC already received by CIC are likely to be turned away.

I must stress that is just my guess based on the % of the world application intake we've had on this forum in the past. But even if I have over-estimated as much as double, the cap has still already been reached for NOCs 2174, 1112 and 2147.

However, you can still immigrate to Canada. All you need is some more time investment and some determination.
You can still look into applying under Category 2 with a job offer supported by an LMO (labour market opinion). You can also look into applying provincially under PNP by securing a job offer (no LMO) and getting the province to support your application.
