MY CASE HAS BEEN REJECTED DUE TO fraudulent misrepresentation DOCUMENTS(BY MY CONSULTANT I WAS TOTALLY UNAWARE) AND BAND FOR 2 YEARS NOW I WANTS TO KNOW THAT AFTER COMPLETION OF 5 YEARS KNOW CAN I APPLY ONCE AGAIN UNDER NEW CRITERIA OR NOT.KINDLY REPLY ME I WILL BE THANKFUL TO YOU.

Can you site example of those documents that you are referring to? So people can give you better advises.

You can reapply after the ban is over. I know one man who got a PR visa after illegally entering Canada, being deported and banned for two years, being refused for a spousal PR visa with one wife, marrying another and getting his PR visa from her sponsorship. So I would say your case is not impossible.

True, when they say your ban for 2 years, u can always re-apply after 2 years..

If i refuse about the fraudelent documents but only 1 or 2 fraudelent documents still can i get the rest original documents?
