Case Processing Pilot office in Ottawa VISA Application

Hi.

CIC just recently introduced new way of applying for visitor's visa for Work/Study Permit holders.

I am currently in Canada on my work permit and would like to apply for a visa so I can re-enter Canada. I was going through the application here

and had a few questions:

1)What do I put as a purpose of my visit? I have a work permit so I guess business?
2) Name of persons/institutions I will visit???? Can I just write my employers' address here?
