Hi Guys,

Apparently we (Buffalo Applicants) are transferred to CPP-Ottawa too. I thought of replying on this thread, since we will follow similar paths as yours (or so I guess!!).

Currently we are advised not to contact Ottawa office for 60 days starting 31st May 2012. Waiting to see when CPP-Ottawa will acknowledge that our files are with them!

Cheers!
Mohammed

I have my PCC from FBI and India ready by first week of June but I don't know where to send them - Buffalo address or Pilot office address. I am confused. If anyone has an answer, please guide me. I also have an address change request which I could not do it online as the Case Specific Enquiry (CSE) form is not available anymore. Email sent to Pilot Office replied saying that I should change address online only. I did not know what to do and I faxed buffalo my address change request. It still has not been updated on the ecas.

Hi NKKD Hortons
-I think u can't sent PCCs now until requested by (CPP-O).
- About change address u can Email CPP-O new address and explain to them about CSE not available to Buffalo and asking them to update ur address.

Good luck dear

hi there,

this is the address i've got from them where to send paperwork if there is any.

Case Processing Pilot – Ottawa

219 Laurier Avenue West, 7th floor, section B

Ottawa, Ontario K1A 1L1 Canada

I've sent my Police clearance there, without their request! you CAN send it without their request, but it is not a must. they might ask, they might don't. but it makes a good impression by giving it voluntarily, and if you're under "pressure" you might save 1-2months.

hope it helps,...

I am pretty sure you CAN send them to Ottawa office since your file should be transferred to them if it's not already transferred. Only problem I see is we haven't received any confirmation from Ottawa office that YES your file is here and will be processed at the office. If I were you, I'd wait since you already have those documents, sending them is only matter of 2-3 days, right? On the other hand why waste a copy of originals if it's not requested yet and we haven't heard from the office. It's your call !

When they want to pcc they will send u an e-mail to ask about it, I was living in ksa and I didn't send the pcc with the application, they sent me an e-mail to ask for it from cpp-o, with this same address but different room number, so don't send it now so that it will not be received by the department that it needs it, and I think this may delay ur processing, so be patient

I would advise you to wait for their request for PCC. If I were you i wouldn't risk sending the original PCCs without their request.
