Case complicated!

My case is kind of complicated.

So, right now I have 420pts (with my spouse).

I'm currently working as a Skill B under IEC - Young Professionals Work Permit which expires on July 31st, 2017. Unfortunately my company is closing down. I will be able to finish my permit and collect all necessary 1560 hours within 12 months.

The fact is that on July 31st 2017 I will have more then 460 pts in Express Entry pool. Can I apply for Canadian Experience Class if I will not have offer of employment from current employer?

If not, I assume this year will still give me points, right? And I will be able to apply under Federal Skilled Worker option?

Job Offer........
Pre-Assessed..
You don't need an offer of employment to be eligible under the CEC program.

You simply must "have at least 12 months of full-time (or an equal amount in part-time) skilled work experience in Canada in the three years before you apply,"

Thanks. My case in not complicated anymore. Thank you.

As a proof I need to provide Record of Employment from Service Canada, copy of Work Permit and what from my employer. Need to complete it before the'll be gone ;-)

What about of proof of funds? I know that under CEC I don't need it... even when I don't have an offer of employment?

Maybe you already understand this, but the way you worded this, I worry that perhaps you have misunderstood the requirements.

You need at least 12 months/52 weeks of full-time employment (30+hours worked per week), or the equivalent in part-time employment.

The "1560 hours" guideline is given so that part-time workers can calculate their full-time equivalent (FTE) of one year, which by definition will take longer than one year.

You cannot qualify by working 1560 hours in fewer than 12 months.

Yes, I got it. I work from day# 1 on my permit and will finish on last day. It will be 52 weeks and much more than 1560 hours.

But I have another question.

In the last 10 years, how many years of skilled work experience do you have?
It must have been paid, full-time (or an equal amount in part-time), and in only one occupation (NOC skill type 0, A or B).
Yes, I have more than 3 years of experience in only one occupation.

... but ...

In the last ten years, how many years of skilled work experience in Canada do you have?
So, I will have 1 year but in a diferen NOC number than 3 years of experience from my home country.

Does it make any difference? Hopefully not ;-)

No - doesn't matter. Good luck!
