I got admission in university of Victoria for master of engineering in Telecommunication and Information security. This is one year course and one year co op optional. I am really confused so please help me and provide information how much year study visa I will get? I have also got admission in university of Carleton for Meng in electrical and computer engineering. Please provide information.

Actually if u go for MTIS u wud get study permit of one year only(+some months) and ur work permit wud of one year only if u dont go for co-op. If u get into co-op , then u wud get co-op work permit for one year(in MTIS co-op is of one year maximum). In this case, u wud get work permit of 3 years as u wud study for 2 yrs full time( 1 yr courses+ 1 year co-op).

Once again i wud clr, u wud get 3 yrs pgwp if and only if u get into co-op for one year otherwise it wud b for one year.
