10th CBSE 9.4/10
12th state board 72%
B.Tech EC - 8.7 CGPA
IELTS - 7.5

Ur profile is really good. But Carleton is very unpredictable. Make a good SOP and you will get through. Carleton ECE is very good, they have joint program with University of Ottawa.
 
those from India, got your Visa, I am still working out the GIC fund transfer nightmare :(
