Two days ago I received medical passed, eligibility passed, and invitation to register for pre-arrival services. Please how do i register for this services and what is the next step?

Every city has pre arrivals you can google it. There will help you to improve your English your resume etc. Regarding your process next step is explained in Eligibility letter

My sister also applied in March 2021 and she is still waiting..
