Applied: Jan 1st 2024 (Gaining Experience Outside Canada)
Family of 2 adults and 3 kids
AOR & Biometrics: April 4
ADR for Employer: Aug 26th
Medical: Sep 20th

Any idea what are the next steps?

Also has anyone submitted proof of work experience (outside Canada) to be considered for PR instead of work permit? Would it affect our chances if we do so?

Most of the applicants who got approved were LMIA-based. Do you think there’s still a chance for a non-LMIA applicant to be approved? I’m really worried—my application hasn’t moved and is still stuck at “passed medical.”
