I have not received any email from IRCC. I have not received any AOR yet.

Today I have received the second update from IRCC
Application Received IRCC on - 10 march 2020
Today (27-Oct-2021) I have Received a second AOR with a different UCI number and an Application number starts with E

What does second AOR mean? I assume it's just that turn file's hasn't come yet and it's going to take more time.. I might be wrong but was curious to know. Thanks

IRCC stopped taking more applications after April 21, 2021 for HCCP. If your application was received by CPC Edmonton after this date, you will get it returned. How did you pay?

Brad - If I'm not mistaken since your sister is here as a tourist, she will be treated as someone applying from the Philippines. I'm trying to reunite my sister here with me as well and the PSW pathway is our best option.

Wait, I might be wrong. The Temporary Public Policy for Visitors MIGHT be possible for people who want to take the HSW route. I will PM you.

my application received April 27th and paid by a Canadian credit card. Not application returned nor file number received. if they want to return why they did not return the money? how do you know they stopped taking more application after April 21th 2021?

IRCC stopped taking more application of HCCP on and after 30th April. 2021. Still many candidate of April waiting for their application result. so be positive. keep faith on God. only two or three candidate get back their application. but what is the reality nobody Knows.

It’s okay. He’s also trying to help. The data is helpful for us to track down the flow of application.
i don’t care if he’s a consultant. I also saw in the Facebook page of HCCP pilot that there are few applications who got their returned application (april 22 onwards). Try to check it in the Facebook page

There was an applicant who sent application on April 21, 2021 and she got it returned and a refund. The email which she received states "Due to application quota, we are returning your file"

So this means, April 21 was the date. Hope this answers your question.

I am also an Employer, who filed under HCCP.

I do not intend to start any business from the data. I haven't asked a single penny on these forums since beginning.

So Please, Stop name shaming me..

Nobody is sharing UCI or other numbers to me. Also, I have filed numerous GCMS notes for other members on this forum. Without charging them a single penny.

So keep your knowledge to yourself. if you do not like my responses, then ignore them.

There was no tracker for HCCP that's why I created a new one.

Thanks for the concern. You’re not supposed to post your UCI number or full name here in the forum or elsewhere, common sense. I usually post my email here that I got from ircc, but I changed my uci into 123467 and my name into xxxxx Xxxxx

I understand that you’re anxious. I was anxious before when after I submitted my application last October 29, 2020, the website posted that they had reached the cap. I kept on calling the ircc, and they kept on saying that they cannot find my application yet. So i waited for 5 months, until I got my AOR.
Regarding the returned applications, yes, there are few. Try to find those people who posted it on Home Child Care provided pilot on Facebook page. Most are Filipinos like me

HSWP 2021 applicant outside Canada
IRCC received - Jan 5, 2021
Temporary AOR - May 13, 2021 and July 15, 2021
Permanent AOR - november 9, 2021.
