All that has been announced is a press release. The site with instructions and document requirements is not yet posted.

Does anyone here know the process? The announcement says it’s direct PR. However a lot of people are saying it will be first a WP under gaining experience and then PR would be after they acquire in-Canada experience? Is that true?

No one knows until the site is active. Since you need to have caregiving experience then expect it is direct PR.
