Caregiver Jobs in Canada, where can I find?

My cousin is a caregiver in the Philippines who wants to work in Canada under the LCP Program of Canada, Does anyone know any website where you can find jobs in the field of caregiving? She is really wants to apply and is the Canadian Embassy much stricter when applying for work permit in the LCP Program?
