Can my wife apply for a caregiver program for children in Canada from Nigeria, she has 3 years experience in caring for children in Nigeria and has all the necessary requirement as listed on www.cic.gc.ca can she apply as a foreigner to canada from Nigeria under this scheme?

She must have at least two years of full time work experience in Canada to qualify to apply. If you are asking about a work permit, then she needs to find an employer in Canada who is willing to offer her a job and also obtain an approved LMIA.

Thanks so much Scylla , this program that i am referring is a program scheduled by Canadian Government from March 4th to June 4th 2019 and it will be concluded finally by Nov, 2019.

The conditions of applications shows that foreigner can apply as well. it will cover the entire family too. I just want to know if Nigerians can apply.
