Caregiver (Childcare) education requirements for job

Hi!

I am helping out a friend apply for caregiver and one of the requirements on the IMM 5488E checklist is "Proof indicating you meet the requirements of the job offered"

I know that the educational requirements include a 6 month caregiver course. My question is, what exactly does she need to prepare? Transcript? Certificate of Graduation? Tesda certificate? (we are from the Philippines)
