Hello I recently lost as an admin. assistant, Now working as caregive but suddently employer family needs to go out of country for some work.
I just started working since one month, But seeing my honestly and care for kids my employer decided to pay me inspite his family not here and shall give me salary on monthly basis.
Is it OK in later stages for PR if employer family is outside an meanwhile i am getting paid.

Kindly can someone suggest on this mystery.

If the children aren't in Canada and you aren't actually taking care of them, this would be fraud / faking work experience.

But my lawyer said that it can be done.
And also kids once back from foreign country shall go to Child care as well.
So is lawyer making fool out of me.

Your choice. Sounds like fraud to me. If you aren't actually taking care of the children you can't lie and say you are. Sounds like a great way to get a 5 year ban from Canada.

Also employer could be accused of immigration fraud if they say you have been working as a caregiver while the family is not in Canada. How long will they be out of Canada? Incredibly strange for an employer to keep you on the payroll after only working for a month unless a short vacation.

It also appears that you have an MBA so working as a caregiver does not seem to align with your education and I assume work experience. You appear to be working with an immigration consultant that is encouraging fraud. I would find a consultant that isn’t committing a crime.
