I’m having same issue since yesterday, tried paying using 2 different USD cards but transaction declined severally. Called my banks to report 6 times and they said my card is all fine with no restrictions and activated for e-commerce and online paymentI called my banks to report issues six times, and they assured me that my card is fine, with no restrictions and activated for e-commerce and online payments. However, I'm still facing problems. I need to ensure that there are no underlying issues, possibly by reaching out to Bankers Trust customer service for further assistance. The baa as nk suggested talking to the merchant which is CIC.

How did you resolve this when it happened to you?
I attempted to pay off my holiday balance of £2,500, but my card was declined twice over the phone. After I said I would call back, I received a text from Halifax asking me to confirm the transaction by replying "YES" and waiting ten minutes before trying again. After doing so, the payment went through. Is this a normal procedure now? I've made plenty of large payments without issues before. Is there a way to notify the bank online beforehand to avoid blocking my transaction?
