Registration Fee : CAD 113
Add. Registration Fee: CAD 0
Insurance Contribution: CAD 120.39
Tax on Insurance Contribution: CAD 10.84
Public Transit: CAD 75
Taxi Fee: CAD 0
Administrative Fee: CAD 4.35

Also below is the per year cost of driving license

Total Cost: CAD 91.46

Here is the breakup:
License Fee: CAD 17.40
Insurance Contribution: CAD 63.95
Tax on Insurance Contribution: CAD 5.76
Administrative Fee: CAD 4.35

The answer to this topic was very helpful.

I want to add up something else, that, I lived in UK and somewhat remember that there was a tax called as "Road Tax" for a reason to drive on their roads and park your car in the concerned city councils etc reasons. Is it not applicable on Quebec?

By the way, can I ask how much did it cost you for the 5 yr old Honda?

I did not pay any other tax besides the one mentioned above.
