I have 24 years provable no claims from europe but every broker I spoke to told me that no claims from outside north America wasn't accepted so I started like a 25 year old on zero no claims and the quotes were all over 4,000 CAD.

Cooperators.ca has a special deal this year and will accept no claims from outside north America. Less than 2,000 CAD and the service was great.
