Does anyone have any recommendations for a broker to file the AES prior to exporting vehicle from the USA?

Or any tips cause this is getting confusing, I thought I had it all under control until I read about the AES requirement and ITN.

I felt the same way. I thought I was done and a few days before I started to drive to land, I found out about needing a broker. There is a list of suggested brokers on one of the websites. It was after I got my itn that I found it. Sorry I can't remember exactly, but I called RIV almost in tears, they told me how to get the itn and broker.
I just looked on the RIV site and it says to do internet search of AES filing to find a list of brokers.

You're almost done, I promise you will make it.

I didn't use a broker and I imported 4 vehicles and a motorcycle. You have to get a tax Id number from the IRS. I went to the US Border and they gave me a paper on how to import your vehicles. It's not an easy process, but it can be done. You still have to send the port of entry your title 72 hours so they can verify that the vehicle hasn't been stolen. Keep in mind that ITN number is only good for 72 hours, if you past that time you will need to do another ITN number.
