CAQ required for OWP of spouse?

Is it required to apply for CAQ for spouse for OWP? or CAQ of SP is enough

I believe it is. That's what my university told me. Did the questionnaire not ask you for a CAQ when you were applying for the OWP?

Just wanted to provide an update on this:

It seems you don't require a CAQ for SOWP even of you are going to study in Quebec. My spouse started an application for spousal OWP yesterday, even though the system asked which province he'll be going to and he answered Quebec, his checklist did not include a CAQ request.

Yes. During application, CAQ option was only for SP not for SOWP. But i m confused is it required in the boarder or not.

I don't it is required for OWP. Only for study and for closed WP.
