CAQ- Not received yet.

Hello Everyone,
I am currently waiting for my CAQ. It been at least now two months I sent my CAQ by the mail the
2019-05-08 I received the confirmation the receipt of my document the 2019-06-07. I know that my folder is complete and I am really worried, I don't understand why is it taking soo much time.
I am an international student, I am going to Concordia University and the more they take time the less time I'll have to apply for my student permit.

Please if anyone knows why and what I should I do.

It actually takes 17 to 20 days to get your CAQ. Lucky enough I got it in 17 days. If its been 2 months then you have to call the Quebec immigration department as you are having a very short amount of time to apply for a Study permit (Montreal:- +1514 864-9191) or contact them through their email box here:- https://services.immigration-quebec.gouv.qc.ca/en/reach/mail.php Hope it helps

Well thank you, but when I called they said it was still processing in the system and that they put an note on it... It is too weird cus my friend applied later and got it in less than a month.
I am freaking out !!
I am from Morocco the student permit takes time here and I have to leave this semester.

Don't freak out, you may now apply under SDS which grants faster processing (20-45 days), hopefully you're going for January intake. I would frequently phone them and send email inquiries if I were you.
