CAQ is taking so long

Hi everyone , i have deposited my documents on arrima on the 28th of April 2022 , they havent confirmed the receipt of documents yet , it has been 5 weeks now , im starting to get worried, anyone in the same situation as me or knows something that can explain this delay ? or should i call them to check ?

i dont know what is going on , a friend of mine applied on the 30th of April , and submitted his docs on the 9th of may , he got his today
