Hi everyone,
I just received a letter from my CAQ renewal and it said that there is a missing document with the following reason:
Declaration, commitments and authorizations form duly signed and dated (This form can be found in your online file, in the PDF attached to the payment confirmation message): - because the signature of the form received does not correspond to that of the passport or the document ID provided.
I understand that the signatures are different because I signed using native characters but not Pinyin (official romanization for Standard Mandarin Chinese) on my passport but not on the form. So does anyone know how I should sign it the second time? Do I need to sign both?
I appreciate help from anyone who had dealt with this before. Thanks a lot!
