I was given the acceptance of the CAQ in June 4th and I used the Decision letter (PDF) ;after i printed it, to the embassy to recieve the introduction letter and to get the visa to enter canada.
So my question is, do i need the hard copy when i reach the entry port at the canadian airport to be issued the Study permit?

Thanks in advance.

Hard copy reaches after 6 to 8 weeks, if u can wait then take it along with you , otherwise no need.

It's been 2 full months since I applied, I got my soft copy but I havent received any hard copy yet! Is it necessary? Do they ask for hard copy??

Had the same doubt and dropped an email to CAQ department..

Below is their reply...
