CAQ for study - No last name/family name in the passport

i was trying to apply for CAQ for study . The Family name /last name is field is mandatory in it and it has to be same as passport ,so what do i fill?

Believe you mean CSQ. CAQ is a political party.

Hey guys, i have applied for the CAQ by an agency here in México, but it has been two months and i still don´t have any response from the Ministery. Do you know if is normal that this takes too long?

I have seen people who applied in same situation by writing their first name in both fields.
A friend who's name is Hindi from Mauritania with no last name had this case.
All his documents had the name duplicated, he became Hindi Hindi and everyone would laugh when teaches took attendance.
It is also common for some Punjabi, everything goes in the First Name field on the passport, so they repeat it on the Last Name

It is mandatory if you mention your surname in your documents like passport, birth certificate, 10th, and 12th class certificate. Your application and the ID-proof document should match the name which you mention and going to submit with your documents.
