hello all.
I entered Canada on study permit on 11 Aug 2018, and didn’t realize I need to get health insurance before semester starts on 1 Sept 2018, until I realized so on the 17 aug.
I bought a travel insurance right away. I’m studying at Concordia this fall, and i found on midi’s website that if one’s studying in a Quebec university, the health insurance is already good enough for renewal of CAQ in the future. Is that true?
They ask for a proof that the applicant is covered by health insurance for the entire validity of CAQ, except if s/he attends a university in Quebec.
I’m so worried and so confused.
