I have applied for my CAQ, in the form I have mentioned that my spouse and kid (7 years) accompanying me. Do I need to apply separately for kid CAQ???

Yes, you need to apply another CAQ for your kid also. The same with my situation!

Yes, I applied for my son before applying for study permit. You need CAQ to apply for study permit of course. You also need to create a separate file with different user name on arrima to apply CAQ for your kids also.
