CAQ document verification

Hello.
After 4 weeks from the opening of my CAQ application, I recieved a new message about the arrival of the documents. A day after, I recieved a letter regarding the recieved documents verification. (The letter is only available on the french version of the website)

Please I need help. Should I be more worried?
