You mean visa, no there is nothing such as last date but you should atleast file 40 days ahead of your schedule as some times visa process takes some time.

I got my caq today
Applied on 24th of October. Courier reached there on 27th of October and documents receipt on 8th of November.

You can apply for study permit with soft copy

2019-10-26 acknowledgment of receipt of application
2019-10-26 confirmation of payment
2019-10-27 opening of file
Documents reached on 30 oct and no reply since .. I called Yest and everytime they say it will take another week.. aisa bol bolke 3 weeks hogye

yeah i lodged my file on 9 dec biometrics are on 16 dec ....... bt when the hard copy will reach me ??? i don't know that

You will get receipt of documents within 2 or three days after that they will issue your caq. I think they are working on documents reached at the end of October so be positive you will get it soo

I don't know but i read from another thread that it usually takes one month.
