My application was received at CIO on 24th january and they mailed it back to me on 25th january. As my application failed to pass completeness check.

I'm sorry to hear that, did they still encash your application fee eventhough it's incomplete? If so, did you get a refund? Thanks!

We are so happy 'coz our credit card has been charged. Yay! It was on July 20th. Question though, does it mean that they already reviewed our application or just an indication that they just accepted it? Thanks guys! We are just excited. I guess we are included in the 26 of those applications for NOC 3152 as of July 21. Goodluck to us all! Cheers!

No they didn't encashed my fee. Sent my whole package back with an explanation letter.

Post july they were updating on weekly basis, mostly on mondays with some occasional lapses.
