Hello member, please help, I am worried about NOC 4011 cap reaching. I am November 19 applicant, any ideas???

Hi KSA0510,

My credit card got charged by CIC office in Sydney on January 14,2015 for my NOC 2281 application. I have not yet received any email from CIC about PER so just wanted to know what are the next steps that will take place now? My other concern is that I will receive my police certificates by March 29,2015 after which I will mail it to CIC. In case CIC asks for my police certificates before March 29,2015 and I don't have it, can this create any issue in getting my Canadian PR? I am hoping CIC will understand that since I had applied for my fingerprinting and sent the fingerprint cards to FBI office on 12/29/2015, it will take up to 12 weeks to get the police certificates but just wanted to make sure this bis not an issue in getting my PR. I will be eagerly waiting for your response, thanks ahead of time!!!

01. PER will take 21 to 30 days after CC. so wait at least till 2nd week of Feb
02. After PER your file will be forwarded to your VO and later may be 2 months , VO will send you MR along with the PCC. So you have to submit your PCC to VO, not to CIC.
03. When your app received to CIC ? This is just for my knowledge since I'm tracking 2281 CC charge dates.

Someone has provided the answers to the questions please.
Local visa offices are now aware of the challenges and time taken
to get FBI report.
If you are experiencing delay, send a case specific enquiry to your
visa office by providing them with the proof of applying to FBI as
well as stating the likely time it will be ready.
Through this means you can seek for an extension please.
Good luck.

Hi members :)
I am Nov 19 applicant NOC 4011. If anyone has recent information, please share. Was any November applicant charged?? Thanks in advance and good luck to everyone!!!!

Hi KSA,

I'm a new member on this Forum and seeking some information. I applied for NOC 2281 in May 2014 and got my PER on Sept 12th following which my medical request was received on Nov 14th. My third line got updated on Nov 24 and since then there have been no movement whatsoever. I want to understand as to what (if at all) is delaying the process of PPR and if I am getting more eager than usual wait times. I've got a few critical decisions to make around March end time frame and am confused on how to go about it, as a PPR request in time can change the entire situation. Long story short... what are the usual wait time for PPR after Medical? Since I applied through Delhi, I'm guessing that my VISA office is NDVO, please correct me if I'm right in assuming my VO and when can I expect my PPR based on historical trends and your experience...

Many Thanks

Hi.
I was also requested to get FBI clearance and a state clearance. My consltant informed CiC that it will take 12 weeks for the FBi clearance. However, when the State clearance was submitted, CiC already asked my passport maybe because the State clearance is sufficient enough.

Dear KSA0510,

I received an email from CIC stating that my application has received a positive determination of eligibility to be processed which means I have received my PER. CIC also provided me with a UCI number. I would like to know wha this UCI number is all about? In the email, they have also mentioned that a final decision on your eligibility to be selected as a federal skilled worker will be made by a visa office I am worried about this. Have you heard of any cases wherein a person who received his PER was rejected by visa office? I am still waiting for my FBI police clearance certificates that I aplied on 12/29/2014. Once received, I will send these police clearance certificates for both me and my wife to CIC. Having mentioned this, what are the next steps that will take place with respect to my NOC 2281 application by the visa office? I have no idea on next steps, please guide me. Thanks as always!

Dear KSA0510,

I would like to know wha this UCI number is all about?-Unique Client identifier. This is a number that is specific to you alone and it is for life.1 UCI for 1 person.
In the email, they have also mentioned that a final decision on your eligibility to be selected as a federal skilled worker will be made by a visa office I am worried about this-Why are you worried.Relax,no stress.
Have you heard of any cases wherein a person who received his PER was rejected by visa office?I have not pls.
I am still waiting for my FBI police clearance certificates that I aplied on 12/29/2014. Once received, I will send these police clearance certificates for both me and my wife to CIC.-You are not sending to CIC but your local visa office please.
Having mentioned this, what are the next steps that will take place with respect to my NOC 2281 application by the visa office?-Background check, security check, medical check etc.
I have no idea on next steps,-You should be expecting medical request(MR) from your visa office. They may also ask for other updates. If your medical result is fine, you will be asked to pay for RPRF.They will request for your passport(PPR) and visa issued.please guide me. Thanks as always!
Good luck.

Dear KSA0510,

Thanks a lot for your reply, I highly appreciate it! One quick question though. You said UCI number is only for one person. However I had applied for both me and my wife. But I only got one UCI number in email from CIC office in Sydney however they have processed payment of $1,100 which for both me and my wife i.e $550 per person. So I believe this UCI number I received holds good for both me and my wife since I filed out application together but need your advice since you mentioned UCI number is only for 1 person??
