I would really appreciate your inputs on query below, thanks a lot ahead of time!!

HI KSA,

My NOC 2281 application reached CIC on November 15. I am very positive I will be counted in the CAP. The only thing I have not provided is the police certificates. Per CIC rule, I can provide this later. I am goijg to India from January 2 to January 25,2015. Since my American Greencard is in process, I will be going for my and my wife's police certificates only after I come back to U.S.A on January 26,2015. Is that ok? ISince my H-1B work visa stamping needs to be done in January when I go to India, I don't want to take risk in geting my police certificates done now because it is risky. Also when do you think I should provide my and my wife's police certificates to be on safer side? Is it fine if I provide this to CIC by June 2015? Your guidance will be much appreciated, thanks as always!

So the number under "Pending" are the applications which are "charged waiting for PER" or "deemed complete & to be charged", or in some cases both of the two?
