I think their strategy is choosing the most hot NOC and capped it.

next i believe 2132 and 2133 followed by 1111 and 2281.

People are regularly asking whether they will be in the cap or not. The point is - its a guess!!! and you can also take a guess after going through http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/complete-applications.asp (CIC website).

If someone is seriously doing all the efforts like ECA, IELTS etc then there is nothing more left except sending the application. So don't hitch after doing all the efforts. If you have already arranged all your documents and spend $$$ on them (ECA, IELTS cost) then what are you putting at stake - courier charges

So don't waste time in asking and waiting for replies whether you will be in cap or not. Take a logical guess and apply!!! There is hardly any time left. The courier will take 5-7 days to reach (if all goes well) and last week of December will practically be a holiday (Christmas and New Year).

So the right question should be - "Can I send my application within time frame"? If yes, then DO IT!!!

Sorry mate.. but even that is not the question which will get confirmed or true answer. .... it'll be guess only !!! Nobody knows whats happening.. but yes... while asking and replying we are making the wait bearable and providing confidence and moral boost to each other !!!

There is nothing etched in stone for this one. But we have seen in the past that CAP updates tend to reflect documents that have passed completeness check.

HI KSA,

My NOC 2281 application reached CIC on November 15. I am very positive I will be counted in the CAP. The only thing I have not provided is the police certificates. Per CIC rule, I can provide this later. I am goijg to India from January 2 to January 25,2015. Since my American Greencard is in process, I will be going for my and my wife's police certificates only after I come back to U.S.A on January 26,2015. Is that ok? ISince my H-1B work visa stamping needs to be done in January when I go to India, I don't want to take risk in geting my police certificates done now because it is risky. Also when do you think I should provide my and my wife's police certificates to be on safer side? Is it fine if I provide this to CIC by June 2015? Your guidance will be much appreciated, thanks as always!
