will i be in the cap if i send on 10th of december ?

The latest update of on 26 Nov. No one knows for sure if you will capped. People's replies here are all estimations.

My guess, you have already prepared all the documents -- if i ask you, would you decide not to send the application if people here told you "10th December is too late,you would be capped"? Send it anyway, it's worth a try especially now that you have gone so far. And good luck!!! )))

If you send the applications all you loose is the courier charges, after all the effort you have put in I believe there is nothing wrong in giving a try.

We did not know our NOC could also apply FSW 2014 when we applied for CSQ. It's gonna take a long time to receive CSQ, even for 3012 it takes 1-2 years, after CSQ then the federal part which means another 1 year at least. Comparatively FSW is way faster.

I just got the email., applied 13th august, received the PER 3rd December.,receipt of certified check payment dated 16 November 2014 , just check email todaY.

Finally my application reached on 08th dec for NOC 2281 after some anxious moments thanks to DHL. I'm not very confident that Ill be in lucky 1000 however Im happy at least my hat is in the ring.

Good luck brother.....my application reached in 26 days ....express mail service EMS..... Anyway reply from CIC is usually in 110 days....so relax for a while.

cic has to update the cappintg in its site - it may give a clue

It means 12 / 10 applications may or may not make it.

But you should go for it , because it is estimation. You have nothing to loose

The current cap for 1111 is 450, you will be within the cap. you still have 550 for the cap....

Since you are December applicant you need to have patience, you might get CC/DD encashed in the next 3 to 4 months.
