Dear KSA need your advice urgently My app for NOC 2132 has reached CIC on 10th nov.

With 624 apps already filled under NOC 2132 as on mid sep, I am contemplating to file a 2nd app under 2232. Should I go ahead. Or wait for EE

Btw I need to obtain 2nd IELTS TRF. How long will it take

What if both the apps are accepted. Will CIC refund the amount and return the docs of one app

2232 is currently on 25! If this NOC fits your Experience and can fetch you points, you can still apply under this NOC and use this as your Primary NOC.

You can then use 2132 for points only (2232 will be used for eligibility).

If both the applications are accepted, the local VO will eventually cancel 1. I am not sure whether the payment will be refunded though as this happens at the CIC stage.

Also, roles and responsibilities letter is from supervisor in A4 size paper . Additional documentation is his id card/business card. Is thi enough? Or should we submit a notarized copy? I amm spplying from India.

- 2172 will not fill any time in the foreseeable future. So do not worry about CAP if you wish to apply under this NOC.
- Getting it in an A4 from your supervisor will be just fine.

You should be having a second 'original copy' of the WES report.

That leaves IELTS. Try and see if you are able to gather a second IELTS report in original.

I am noc 0111 applicant app recvd on Nov 13. I am not sure about cap as all other finance categories r full so those guys must be applying under this noc as well
