Thanks for reply, any guess on will CIC completely stop / slow down working during extreme cold weather conditions, i.e. Christmas till Jan'15 end...

If so than, will this impact the process of CCC for the files of Nov'14 & Dec'14? Any comments please...

Thanks for sharing. Are these end of Aug figures. If yes seems encouraging for Nov 2132 applicants.
 
Although by a thin margin, but NOC 2281 has now slid down to # 9 in the Topmost NOC CAP lists.

As I predicted, NOC 2281 applications decline in numbers has been more progressive than other NOCs.

I would suggest applicants willing to apply under this NOC to stay positive and continue to file their applications until at least December end.
