Capped!Capped!!Capped!!!First Profession capped under FSW 2014

Hi Ksa / Seniors,
Is it okay to file under 2171 or 2173 ? Or these are capped out already ?
CIC website does not show anything.. neither does the spreadsheet.

Pls guide as my roles match only to those of 2171 or 2173.

You can try but your chance is very low please.
My candid advice is that you should focus on EE 2015.
If you wish to take your chance,you can go ahead.
There is no crime in trying.

Try 2171...might just make it. you never know

You can always check the cic updated list for all noc's here. JFYI these have not been updated post October 10th 2014.

My application reached there on 21/05 but still CC is not yet charged. I saw the the email details here. Dropped an email for the update request what is going on with my application.

Honestly,21/05/2014 is too far not to have received from CIC.
I am of the view that your application had issues.
Hope for the best and prepare yourself for re-submission pls.

Thanks, But they have not send my application back. I have not received my application. Waiting for the CIC reply hope they respond to my email.

I will be sending my application to CIC for NOC 2281 by end of next week i.e November 7. Can you please let me know your thoughts on whether I will fall within the CAP?? I am very positive that NOC 2281 won't fill up by that time so I am going to sebd my application anyways but just wanted to know your thoughts o NCO 2281 CAP fill-out date tentatively according to you. I am hearing from members of other forus that people who didn't get selected in NOC 2173 and NOC 2174 will now be applying in NOC 2281 but I don't think so everyboy will be able t do it since there is BIG difference between "Computer Programmer/Software Engineer" and "Computer Network Technician/Network Administrator". People rejected in NOC 2174 and 2173 will have to go back again to their employers for getting experience letter matching NOC 2281 job duties which will e VERY TOUGH. Can you please let me know your overall thoughts regarding this for NOC 2281? I would really appreciate it!!

As you have rightly pointed,people rejected in 2173-4 could be catching
in on your NOC.
Never mind,you are at vantage position to quickly submit while they are
still expecting their returned applications from CIC.
Act ASAP and you will be safe.

Thanks for your response. i ha q question regarding IMM5406-additional family form. This form requires to be filled by both Principal Applicant and spouse. My question is what should my wife write in the "Applicant" field for her? Should it be her name? If it's her name then technically it's not right because she is not the principal applicant, I am the principal applicant. I am confused as to what should I mention here. Please advise, thanks ahead of time!

This issue had generated a lot of controversies on this forum.
That section of the form is ambiguous.
Back to the question.
For that section,your wife will be the principal applicant as her
signature will be appended to the end of the form.(You have to
write her name there please)

Hi question about settlement funds ... (re-applying for the 2nd time, no news yet for the 1st application)

I'm planning to re-submit this week I have a company loan and bank loan deductible to my payroll every payday. So it is reflected in my payslip. I know It's better to get a certification from the bank or our company, no question about that.

But just the same, can I not declare the salary or personal loans? The amortization is reflected my payslip as deduction. I was planning to submit an Income Tax Return as one of the proofs of really being an employee of our company and also to support my work reference letter. Although my salary in the work reference letter is different from the tax returns due to salary increase. please advise. I really want to submit this week since it's already November. NOC 1111

Hello,

I believe you have a very good chance, as the cap of your NOC was only filled around 15% till 2014-10-10...so lets hope for the best :)
 
Dear ksa0510, as we all know EE is gonna kick in Jan 1 2015. Do we know the current policies are effective until when, end of 2014? My friend is applying and she's very concerned as she will take IELTS in December...
