You can continue with your comment but I don't
owe anyone apology Mr springchicken.

If you are not happy with my predictions just ignore my view and
follow your instinct.

Focus on yourself and leave my view alone,Mr Springchicken.

You said very early on to many people, including myself, NOT to apply for caps because they were probably filled.

If anyone missed out, shouldn't you just stand up and say 'Hey sorry, I might have got it wrong' I shouldn't have given advice as FACT.

It's not the help that's a problem, just the way it was given that might lead others to lose out on opportunities. Anyone who can't see that, shouldn't be giving advice IMHO.

Use your brain Mr SPRINGCHICKEN.
My comment is never a must for you or any others to be taken.
I never misled you or anyone in this forum.
My predictions had been source of guide to many to be proactive
and go for alternative NOCs rather than wasting time & resources
in filing for NOCs that are capped or almost capped.
Be wise.

Hi,

I want to know if I can submit certificate of Baptism for my wife in place of her birth certificate as she does not have a birth certificated available now. If we try to get her birth certificate now, it will further delay our application. On Baptism certificate she has her date of birth mentioned and names of her father and mother are also written on her that certificate.

Thanks.

Give a notarized self declaration mentioning reason for not having birth certificate and citing reference to the birth date mentioned in passport. This would be easiest and we'll accepted

Thank You for your reply but I mailed my application yesterday with the copy of baptism certificate. One of the forum members who submitted his baptism certificate in 2010 did not receive any objection for not submitting his birth certificate and he was not the principal applicant. My wife is also not principal applicant so I hope that they will accept it as a proof of birth because now there is nothing I can do :(

Hi ksa,

I have worked for 4 different employers in U.S.A but I can only get job reference letter from 1 which is by the way the job reference letter MOST NEEDED to support my NOC 2281 application as it mentions ALL the duties required for NOC 2281. Also my Job title during this job was "Network and Computer Systems Administrator". For the other 3 jobs, my titles were Systems Engineer, Telcom Engineer and Network Engineer respectively. Is it fine if I only provide 1 job reference letter to CIC to support my NOC 2281? I do have paystubs, Tax returns and offer letters from other 3 employers from whom am unable to get the job reference letter. Is this grounds for CIC for rejecting my application just because I didn't provide them ALL job reference letters but only one?I have hired a representative Canadian immigration lawyer for my case and he said that it is fine if I don't have ALL job reference leter, as long as I have the STRONGEST job reference letter to support NOC 2281, it should be fine for my NOC 2281 application. I would HIGHLY appreciate your response! Thanks!!

Since you are working in the US, I guess, you might be on a Work visa, I guess H1B? If yes, then I might be able to help you.

Urgent help required!!!

Can someone send me link to make payment for visa application under FSW 2014 economic class. I couldn't find this option when I tried to make payment via online portal. There are several other options like family class, Quebec working class, PNP etc.

There is no way to pay online for the application fee. You should pay by credit card through providing the information of your card on the fee form that you will dispatch with the whole application to Nova Scotia, or you can pay by bank draft or certified checque made payble to the receiver general for canada. Paying online is only avaliable for Right For Permenant Residence which will be required from you in a next stage after receiving PER and transfering the file to the specified visa office serving your country.
