Hi everyone... I'm new at this. Today I was planning to submit my skilled worker application in Caracas, but the thing is that I could not get the flight, and the cap for architects is running pretty fast. Does any of you know how it works? If I try to go the Canadian Embassy in Caracas (14 hours by bus) could I have a chance? considering the cap today is 485. Only 15 places. I mean, I am not sure if once it gets in to the Embassy will be processed or has to wait until it be sent to Sydney, Canada.

You really should read the instructions. You submit your application to CIO Sydney, not directly to Caracas. With only 15 spaces, your application won't make it. Plus Caracas no longer processes Skilled Worker applications, the processing office now is Mexico city. http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/resources/manuals/bulletins/2011/ob365.asp
