I think so too, it is impossible, they return a pile of application in such a short time, it would be really crazy !!

its wired that number of applications went up 4,537 / 8,000 but number of applications per NOC went down

They might be accepting more applications while balancing the figure to what they are showing to people and letting the cap not to be filled by the end of December.

When they've updated the cap last week, the balance between NOC A/0 and NOC B application was even, just over 2000 for NOC B and 2000 for NOC A/0. Now after the latest update NOC B has only 1377 accepted applications, 4537-1377=3160 for NOC A/0 :o it's kind of weird :o

yes, now I also doubt, the previous number just a casual number to avoid too much NOC B application, but now they find out that even NOC B is not enough .

CEC low pass rate is losing the attraction. FSW is flooded.

even 2241 Electrical and electronics engineering technologists and technicians, is back to 23 from 35, that's kinda scary as I'm applying under this category, I'm kinda tripping out right now :(

I think they had some issues with counting. The number had not been updated for quite long time in October and than again at the beginning of November. Maybe they started counting over and now they updated real numbers.
Immigration consultant told me that they also could change the numbers as a system counts one person with 2 noc numbers as two not one. I dont know if that's right or not by any way ...
