cap reached

Dear Friends

I have applied for immigration in 2013 on FSW program. On 25 oct my file reached there (nova scotia) and at that time cap was 219 till 18th of oct, and on 1 nov 2013 Cap reached till 276 numbers . after on 12 nov 2013 the cap locked (reached 300 numbers )

I want to inquire is my case is under this cap or not??

Cap reached in NOC 2132 on 7th August 2013 which was informed by CIC on 12th Nov 2013.

Post 7th Aug Applicants failed to make it in the cap.
