Yes this is true.. two of my friends who applied in Oct after 20 and one in Nov got there packages return already.
And yes Green and Spiegel LLP are professional immigration lawyers.

Chill out mate! I didn't say it's not true. I just want to know if there is any official statement about this! Because so many people have applied after October, and I don't think it's fair not to acknowledge it officially!

I'm in the exact same situation. Received on the 20th, charged on Jan 8th. I've been told by people, one of whom was an immigration lawyer, that we should be in the clear. But we really won't know for sure until we get AORs. Fingers crossed!

This is exactly what I was concerned about! They should have announced it on their own website way before hand! It's amazing that one of the most attractive aspects of this country is the immigration opportunities and yet they fail to fulfill the simplest expectations!

I wonder how the new system will work out!
