Cap for software engineer

I used to see the cap information of NOC last year but this time I could not find the info on the official webpage. Would you please point me to the right page?

I want to see how many people have already applied for software engineer and how many more left.

Without knowing it, It seems to be risky just to apply for it right now. It takes a lot of time and effort to file the application and if it turns out that the cap is already reached and your app cannot be processed you would feel pretty pissed off. Just considering what I am supposed to at this point in time.
