I do not understand the logic of processing applications by MIDI, its really frustrating.

How they received their CSQ? Paper or email ?
 
I think its looks they are processing CSQs by the order of points. If they studied in Concordia, they might have more points than regular skilled workers who do not have a Canadian education.
