Can't view application status thru ecas

I been trying to check my application status thru ECAS several times already using my UCI # and even my File number but unfortunately I can't view my status online..instead, it always prompts me with these:

sponsored a member of the family class;
applied for permanent residence from within or outside Canada;
applied for a permanent resident card (replacement or renewal);
applied for Canadian citizenship (grant of citizenship);
applied for Canadian citizenship for a person adopted by a Canadian citizen (on or after January 1, 1947);
applied for a citizenship certificate (proof of Canadian citizenship);
applied to renounce Canadian citizenship; or
applied to resume Canadian citizenship.

I really don't what to do now. I want to call the Canadian embassy Hotline here in manila just to ask about this problem.Guys?is it advisable for me to make a call thru the hotline CEM hotline here?

hi. if your application is new they wont update your ecas so soon, just wait for some time because they ususlly update on every thursday

Application received october 3
Sponsorship approval received november 7, 2012
But until now can't view my application status thru ecas.

that quite impossible. check ecas with the sponsor name and his uci it should normally work

Done doing that already but still with the same response.that's why iam worried with it already.

you dont have to worrry about ecas, i myself my application is nairobi and already asked but they have noot yet update my ecas , its something normal

I am worried coz Everybody can view their application status over the ecas but I myself can't view my application status...

my personal experience . If u see decision made in ecas and you cannot be found in ecas after one month. Your case has been rejected and you have been removed from ecas. My case was rejected although they ask me to pay arc fees and removal cost. Port of spain vo . I am so destroyed right now after waiting five years
