Can't sign my application

I filled up my application for both, my wife and myself. All requested documents was verified and checked many times. But I got problem:
"Your answer is incomplete. Provide the necessary information below to continue.
The name, date of birth or country of birth you entered for your signature does not match the name you entered in your Online Application. To submit this Online Application, the names must match. Only the applicant can electronically sign this Online Application."

I read forum before and check everything again. I tried to register a new account, and I delete and create new online application. it is still does not letting me to sign application and pay application fee.
Any suggestions?

lypovyk, if you don't complete your online applicatino within 60 days, the system will delete it. My suggestion is to simply make a new account and start over the applicatino with the new account. Your old account will be deleted in 60 days by the system, so you don't need to worry about deleting it.

That's not true. There is no expiry date on the account. There's a 60 day expiry date for a started application.

I stand corrected.

Then perhaps your wife should start a new account since your "started application" has gotten stuck on your account. I don't think one person can have two accounts, but there is nothing preventing your wife from starting a new account.

That is true. I still do not know what to do. I tried over and over but no luck.

It is works through my wife. We went through her account and everything works.
