she wants to visit us here in the philippines this coming november until christmas '09. her PR visa approved first stage last nov '08.
1. can't she leave canada and visit philippines while our PR is on process?
2. in that case, if she take a vacation and leave canada for a month, Does it Affect our processing time?

Unless she has a valid TRV, she won't be admitted back to Canada. In that case the in-land PR is finished and you start again with an overseas application.
