cant log In with UCI

hey folks
although its been a year ......I can only log in with my application number but whenever i try with my UCI it doesnt log into ecas .......any suggestions what to do..... is it unusual....

are you sure you are using the right information when using the UCI? i'm not sure of your situation, however we've only received 1 UCI number, and it was for the sponsor, so the sponor's personal info needs to be inputted. Do you know if you are using yours or your sponsor's UCI?

If sponsor is looking. Use sponsorship and UCI. if applicant use permanent resident and file #
Sponsor uses their info and applicant uses their info respectively
