Can't link application to my exist account

Hi fellow friends,

I am trying hundreds of thousand times to link application to exist account, but no luck. Do you know why? I received first AOR but currently am waiting my OWP. I want to make sure my OWP is in the process of processing as my visitor visa will be expired in 14 days!

Does any of you can't link application as well? How do you solve the problem? BTW, I have no luck to talk to the agent too, they always claimed that they have high volume of phone calls!!! Frustrated!

We also had a lot of difficulties and frustration trying to link our application... but we finally made it. I followed tips posted on another thread, however I can't find it again.

Basically, we used application number and family name. We did not fill any information regarding the passport info. We put a space for the city of birth but filled the country of birth. And we had to use 2 for number of people on the application although it was only 1 in reality.
